I have ordered many pdf ebooks BUT, although it says I can also request a kindle version by email, I have never received an email enabling me to request these.
How, and to which email, can I request kindle compatible versions?
Um… why not just email the address on the shop website, Paul? And/or add a note to your order form when you are purchasing something. That’s what other people do and we’ve never had any complaints until now. We didn’t know that ‘Ask us and we’ll send it to you’ would be confusing…
