3 reviews for Il Medioevo (B2)

I read and listened to the episodes as they were made available (free) over the summer. They were detailed, researched in depth, informative and entertaining – not just a list of invaders and intrigues over the centuries, but observations on ways of life and the role of women in the history of the period too. The B2 level meant they were accessible, while offering a feeling of challenge and achievement also. It’s great now to have the text in a single file. But my main reason to purchase this book was to say ‘thank you’ for making these files freely available over the summer. They were enjoyed and appreciated.

An excellent book which puts the “Dark Ages” in a new light! Clearly written with enough challenge to my Italian to be satisfying, I am enjoying working with “Il Medioevo” very much. The regular news bulletins, too, are first rate. The ability to listen online as well as read the text is a huge benefit for both, and a particularly useful feature; hearing Italian that is accessible and interesting can be difficult to find. Thank you and Well Done.

While I’ve only read a small portion of this extensive text I’ve found everything I’ve bought from easyreaders.org, the thrice a week news bulletins and all my interactions with Daniel Stephens and Imparareonline to be excellent and if there was a place to review the business rather than a single book this would be it.

      That’s kind, Myles, thank you!
