These readers are well thought out and worth the cost. With each stand-alone episode I first learned the short vocabulary list at the end of each story, then listened to the audio several times until I felt fairly certain that I had gotten it, then I read the text to confirm my understanding and finally I did the short comprehension exercise. To practice pronunciation, I read each episode out loud several times. I would say I spent 30 mins or so on each text. If more texts on this level are introduced I would buy them.

I love this little collection of stand alone pieces. They are light and humorous . Like all the ebooks they are a great way to pinpoint parts of grammar you think you have mastered but not quite. This is Level B1-B2 but the written word is perfectly appropriate for lower levels to enjoy, the audio is at a normal speed so may be a challenging for an A2 student unless they were reading along. The length of each piece is just right for a coffee break read, leaving the audio practice and any further work for later. I tend to neglect the future tense a little as it seems not to be used quite as much as in English so I found it really useful to have so many verbs seen in the future tense. So far I have only completed Sezione 1and 2 . I would also say that the comprehension exercises are nice and short and snappy so I wasn’t tempted to leave them until later. Thanks again, well worth the money

O.K. I could not resist reading the book as soon as I got it. My other work had to wait.
It was not what I thought it would be, It is not a story just about Piero and Sara. What is described as going on in their minds is fascinating; but this is just a snippet of the book.
It me it seem that the book is more like an attempt to show us how various people see their future; maybe how we might see our future at some stage in life? Certainly Piero and Sara see their relationship in completely different ways. The man in the cell sees his future in certain concrete terms. What will Facebook look like in the year 2159? What can a fortune teller reveal of the future?
All in all, an unusual read; interesting, enjoyable and thought–provoking. Add to this all the aids within the book that will assist you with learning or re-learning Itallian and ask yourself if there is a better way to spend just 8 Euros! Leonard
