This unlikely tale of the boastful and cheeky thief who stole from Prince Charles to proclaim himself King of Thieves held my interest from beginning to end and hopefully helped my Italian along the way. Reading and listening to these stories adds to the variety of ways that can help in learning a language as boredom seems to be the ultimate killer. (And I hadn’t realized what a big fascination Italians must have for the English royal family!)
